Jordan sold us a house through auction, and is always quick to respond to any query pre-auction and post-auction process, which assured I can trust him to respond. From a buyer's perspective, he met all the demands (such as extend settlement days for an auction) and requests from a potential buyer, and made the right decision for the seller to take the property to an auction instead of private sale. Unfortunately for us, it meant we had to pay more than we had desired. Jordan's excitement will rub off on you if you like working with excited people, and for a numbers/facts/data type of person like me, he was able to slow down and understand, listen and respect my considerations of the subject property (albeit he still tries to get me excited and go all out at auction!). Jordan is becoming more aware of the traits and personalities of serious buyers from different backgrounds, and paying more attention to this will get more deals done, in particular if he is expanding in the suburbs.

My wife and I were absolutely blown away with the energy and level of service provided to us by Jordan.
