Very professional and enthusiastic approach. The wording of the ad and the photos provided maximum impact and generated considerable interest in our house. It still took just over 4 weeks to sell, but he did achieve our pricing expectations and we know it wasn't being given undervalued.

Jordan came across as a competent person to have dealings with. Very knowledgeable on what he was tasked with doing, that is, sell a property to us. Generally communications were very good, however a couple of minor text enquiries went unanswered. This is our only criticism but to be taken we hope as constructive criticism. Overall we found Jordan great to deal with. The handover of keys went smoothly and the fancy entrance decoration to our new home was very pleasing and appreciated. Thank you.

Jordan comes across as a confident, persistent, convincing young man. By the end of settlement I felt that Jordan was the buyers agent not the Seller ( Me) I was not happy that my house key was left at reception for someone to pick up and the end result was an unauthorised inspection that was not on the contract, also I would have liked Jordan to meet with me before the last inspection so he could familiarise with the location and the functioning of all the utilities in the house instead of calling me during inspection to find out how something turns on or off or where the bore is located. I know Jordan will be a very successful real state agent, I wish him all the best in the future
