Asked Jordan not to put a for sale sign up while our insurance claim was still active as we were listing our house via tender. He put a sign up , had to ask multiple times to have it removed. We asked if we could be released from our contract at any stage pending our insurance claim . He replied yes I then spoke to his boss who managers the real estate and he said this is not true . I bought this up with Jordan and he said "your bank wouldn't of released the house from finance " So he basically risked us being sued!! Absolutely horrible experience and we wished we went with another agent . I would not recommend harcourts or Jordan at all .
