Jordan was so helpful towards us when we were renovating to sell. I could ring him anytime with questions and he was more than helpful to accommodate. He was professional, punctual, honest, friendly and had great advice. He was spot on with his recommendations of what to do and not to do within out budget. He got us a fantastic price for our property and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I will be using Jordan again for our next purchase/sell.

Jordan and his associates, need to listen more to the seller, you can't walk into a home and appraise it in under two minutes, and then when advertising not list the features without being called to advise them they we have a heated mineral pool, we also have zoned ducted air conditioning, we also have a double shower in the ensuite we also had e oversized bath tubs in both bathrooms. This team I believe just want a quick sale and forget to work for the buyer and earn the many thousands they are being paid, Jordan also never mentioned on initial sign up that he would have other staff do the open homes so how surprised where we when a stranger turned up one day who knew nothing about the home. Also stuffed up the contract of sale regarding a pool certificate which cost him and myself extra money. Jordan also doesn't call you he just likes to text with the Text starting "Hey Mate"..I appreciate times are changing however Jordan needs to learn to adapt to different types of clients

We enquired on several properties with Jordan, and he took the time to do private inspections mid week. Jordan had several listings, and one in mind for us. He showed us the others so we could compare with the listing he thought was best. Ultimately we bought the property that Jordan had in mind, he knew we would need the extra space. Jordan and his team were always quick to respond to all our queries through out the process.
