As an interstate purchaser, after numerous inspections with various agents, Kyra was only one that provided relevant information such as body corps, rates etc prior to inspection. Other agents had to be asked, one said he "thought" body corp was about X amount. Not good enough. After contracts signed, she continued to impress with updates, advice from a good carpet cleaner to contact details of building manager to query move in process. If you had a question, she will get back to you with answer if couldn't answer then. Kyra's attention to detail, her professionalism and bright cheerful personality is outstanding. Highly recommend her if you want to sell or buy a property.
