We had been to 10 open inspections before getting to the property that Jordan was presenting, we were greeted at every opening but Jordan was the only agent that took time to answer all our questions and provide answers so we understood them. Jordan was a blessing. Essentially Jordan was self referred, as 3.5 years prior we had attended an open inspection for a home he was selling. In the 15 minute interaction we were impressed by his demeanour, professionalism, knowledge of the property, volume of people attending the open and we thought that Jordan and Harcourts offered a campaign that was a cut above the rest. Not only did Jordan deliver all these qualities that we had already seen in Him, he surpassed them. Jordan’s appraisal and sales pitch was excellent. He was confident and knowledgeable. He knew the market, knew his own skill set and was able to present clear data that reflected his skills. He gave sound advice on how a home should be presented and gave an honest appraisal that would ensure a sale we would be happy with. He was never pushy and always followed timelines that were manageable for us, however he was extremely organised and always on the front foot to ensure there was never any unnecessary lag time. Additionally, Jordan also gave us advice on the home we were purchasing and made wonderful referrals to housing/pest inspectors. The amount of behind the scenes work Jordan must have done would be obscene as the entire process was utterly seamless. We had professional photographs taken on a Tuesday (thank you Donna for the beautiful pictures), our online advertising was up the following day (Wednesday), that same day Jordan had 2 groups of people wanting a private showing the following day (Thursday) - they both came away very interested, 13 groups attended on the scheduled Saturday open inspection and by Monday evening we had accepted one of the multiple offers we received. It took Jordan a mere 5 days to sell our home! We found him to be personable and kind. It honestly has been so delightful having him as our agent. We feel it has been a team effort and that he worked so hard to achieve what we wanted to achieve.
