Initially Jordan did his job adequately but shortly after signing the contract we became aware of a non disclosure issue by the vendor for which we obtained legally binding documentation proving that our specific questions had been answered dishonestly. Jordan's communication from that point on became extremely limited and his support and integrity, non existent. If you want to sell your house through an agent that will support dishonesty, then Jordan is your person. If however you want to buy a house through a supportive agent when problems arise, then look elsewhere or you too will be heading to Court to recover cost for repairs from Vendors while Mr Varley sits back counting his commission. Not only has Jordan let us down, in our opinion he has let down the Harcourt's brand and the Real Estate industry in general. Interestingly, REISSA agrees with us.

Viewing and negotiating for the property was with Demi McGree. Her professionalism and communication with us was outstanding. She made what can be a stressful experience an absolute unique and stressless experience as she was attentive to our needs as well as representing the vendors resulting in a successful outcome for all. On meeting with Jordan Varley it was obvious that he has a real passion for real estate and customer satisfaction which he is passing on to Demi. They are a great team. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Harcourts at Gawler.

Jordan is very easy to get along with and his communication is excellent. Being insterstate this was very important to us and Jordan always had time for a chat to explain things. Selling the house was a slow process due to having tenants however once the house was vacant Jordan pretty much sold it instantly. Jordan was responsive to our feedback and persisted with us as newbies and at time not understanding situations or changing our minds. My husband and I would recommded Jordan with 10 stars.

Even though we had an offer and agreed to it prior going to market, Jordan did say that going to market could be more affective with the potential to negotiate higher offers. After the contract failed and we had no choice but to go to market this proved to be true with a lot of interest and an offer beyond what we were expecting so we were very happy.
