Jordan sold our family home of 38 years a few years prior to selling the house at 2/22 Gleeson Avenue. When it came to the time that we were preparing to sell this house, it was an instant no brainer that we were going to get Jordan to sell this home. It is evident that Jordan takes his job very seriously and this shows in the way that he presents himself, his level of enthusiasm, his knowledge about his job, comps and the current market and the dedication he gives. Jordan always made himself available to us. We could call him at any point and he would answer and even make home visits to accommodate for our ageing parents. For open houses, he would turn up early to brief us about what was to come and then stay later to brief us about how the process of the open home went. giving us the feeling that we were the most important client he had. Then, to top it off, Jordan was able to sell our home at a record price. In the past, prior to meeting Jordan the thought of selling a home was always overwhelming for our family. A process we put off. Now, having met Jordan and having him sell two homes, the prospect of selling the rest of our homes in years to come is not overwhelming at all now that we have Jordan as our Realestate agent. We would always speak about how Jordan deserves a pay rise. This is how much we believed that he was not only doing his job well but was going above and beyond.
