I was very pleased with my choice of selecting Jordy as my agent to sell my mother's property. The house was only on the market for 2 days when it could have already been sold. Jordy waited until they had an open house the next day and achieved another $20,000. I did not think that this amount was achievable but Jordy was confident that he could get it.
