We met Jordyn at the start of our home buying journey, which ended up taking roughly 6 months. We both expected it would be an easy journey, but this soon turned out to not be the case. We had no knowledge of the process or what we needed to do or know, and it was very overwhelming. Jordyn was always very friendly and took the time to explain the process to us and answer our stupid questions, even over text message at ridiculous times of the evening. She showed us many houses over the course of 6 months and helped us battle through lock down and the roller coaster of offers, letdowns, online viewings and ongoing restrictions.
