As soon as we went to one of his open homes, we knew Jorge would be the one to sell our property. Unlike other real estate agents we had met, who were just out to make another sale, Jorge was genuine, he really cared and wanted to make sure the property was right for us. Jorge had all the time in the world to answer all of our questions. Jorge was also very patient and kind with some specific requests that we made and would always keep us updated on the progress. Jorge was absolutely incredible from beginning to end for the purchase. Then we it was time for us to sell our apartment, this is when Jorge took it to the next level. Jorge was extremely passionate and knowledgable of the industry and particularly our local market in Liverpool. We followed Jorge's suggestions on presentation and as a result the photos and the ad came up amazing. So good in fact Jorge had secured 3 offers after the first open home and with a bit of negociation a very good fourth offer came through that we gladly accepted. Even contracts were exchanged Jorge continued to keep us in the loop. Due to covid and other extenuating circumstances beyond our control, we had to make changes to the contract several times and everytime we got in touch with Jorge, nothing was ever a problem and he was more than happy to help. All in all Jorge was professional, kind and did an incredible job. Jorge is the kind of person you would want on your side when doing anything real estate related it was a big big bonus that his rates were also very competitive. We couldn't recommend Jorge any more! Side note: As it turns out the week after Jorge sold our apartment, one of our neighbours in the building listed their apartment with another agent and even though it was just renovated and had better access on a lower level, the auction was passed in and then eventually sold for less than what we got. If only they had gone with Jorge.
