We recently moved back to Latrobe Valley, and wanted to purchase a home in Morwell, we were pretty particular with the area we were after, and Jorjesen kept in contact with us throughout the whole process and came through with a home for us. No customer service, they do not communicate and you have to follow up multiple times and then get the owner involved before they answer you. They promise commitments in writing then weeks later deny those commitments leaving you with loss of money. You try to resolve the issues and they make excuses and deny the issues. I’ve sold two houses with them and I really wish I took them somewhere else.
I in-trusted Jorjesen pretty much with my life savings. I had a property with him as a landlord that I then sold. I was guided to sell it under market value and was advised that they would support me in claiming my rent and the bond. As soon as the sale went through there was no support. They asked me to lie and use my VCAT orders to help the new owner. They asked me not to say anything otherwise it would be hard for the new owner to acquire the property under vacant terms. They promised me the bond back but now have advised they can’t help. They take your commissions and don’t care about the person.
