Jorjesen was very familiar with the property market in Traralgon and was quite professional in his approach. He assisted greatly in getting the property reading for sale by providing contact details for cleaners and tradesmen to fix a number of issues. During the marketing period, he also arranged for a tiler to replace a few broken tiles that were damaged while removing furniture from the house. Feedback from inspections by potential buyers was prompt and reasonably detailed, enabling us to get a good feel for the likely sale price for the house. In the end, Jorjesen lined up a buyer who really wanted the property and negotiated upwards the initial offer, achieving a reasonably good sale price and quick settlement of less than 60 days.
