Jose was very eager to help with the open homes. He faced the challenge after settlement to vacate the previous owners. As the previous owners were still in the house we were unable to do a proper final inspection. Settlement was at 2 and the previous owners did not vacate until after 5 and did not clean. Issues found at inspections were told to us that they had been rectified by weren’t.
