Jose provided numerous video inspections since we were interstate buyers and unable to travel due to Covid. The inspections allowed us to ask many questions and view far more detail than a typical open house. This gave us the confidence to buy sight unseen. Pre-settlement Jose continued to provide regular build updates and communicated any enquiries from the builder. On moving day, Jose even opened the house on a Sunday for the removalists, since they arrived before we did. I don't know many agents that would do that!
