She was always happy to answer any questions I had and was very easy to communicate with - she consistently kept me updated on the progress of my offer which I appreciated very much. I have had many poor experiences with agents in the past - both when renting, and particularly when searching for properties to purchase. Josie is not pushy or domineering as many agents can be, she was polite and friendly at all times, and made me feel like I was selecting the right property on my own terms under no pressure. After purchasing the property, I had a variety of tradespeople I needed to come by the apartment to measure/quote, and was concerned that it would be difficult to fit this in with Josie before settlement. Quite the opposite - Josie answered the phone promptly, and bent over backwards to book in suitable times for myself and the tradespeople on four different occasions. She never made me feel like it was a nuisance, and was there on time with a smile and advice. She also offered to send me a list of preferred tradespeople when I was struggling to find any with short notice availability. Could not recommend Josie more, particularly for those of you that have had negative experiences with real estate agents in the past - she is a breath of fresh air in this industry!
