Unlike many of the agents, Joeseph just sent me a brief email and left it up to me to reply, other agents hounded me even after I told them I wasn't interested in doing business with them. When I responded to Joseph, he was willing to meet me after hours, so I didn't have to take time off work. Even though I am an agent myself I researched all agencies in Lidcombe & Berala, Auburn & Strathfield to see who would be able to present, market & negotiate my property to achieve the best possible result. Joseph and his team were engaged 12 months ago. My health issues resulted in a large delay while I was rehabilitated.
