Highly recommend, excellent communicator and negotiator!

Joseph and Flora made the whole selling process smooth from start to finish. It was important to me that I found trusted local agents who knew the area well. Not only did they bring local market expertise, the Phillip Daidone team was consistently responsive as they were quick to answer questions and communicated clearly throughout the campaign and beyond. I was also impressed with the floor plan they developed, as they accurately depicted both a front yard and hind courtyard. These were not previously represented in the last purchase. What stood out most was Joseph's ability to negotiate. We were selling into a Sydney market that had started softening, and he still managed to secure a strong price for us.
