Im the property owner with Joseph since their business started i think. I like their payment system that can deposit weekly rent to me instead of fortnight (ease cash flow). Now i sold my unit still using their service, i asked him to discount for my loyalty but he said low commission won't guarantee a good sale price and better off with most qualified and professional real estate. I think he is right at the end. They will provide detailed weekly reports on progress, his team Cintia brought in building manager to inspect the property whether these repairs should belong to the strata management and not the owner , very happy as they had tried to fight for my rights...... However, one thing my tenant moved out and property already settled but i still haven't be updated about the BOND issue....
