We wanted to ensure the best chance of highest success, so we vacated our tenant, cleaned the property, styled and marketed at the highest possible upgrade on all the major portals. Despite our significant efforts, the market didn't respond as strong as we had hoped due to COVID. However, Joseph and his team persevered week in, week out.
