Exceeded the price I wanted

Metro has looked after our city penthouse for about 7 years now and when we decided to sell we didn't even consider anyone else. Being a landlord was not a perfect ride, of course we had our ups and downs with our tenants but we had competent agents so we could always deal with whatever came our way. The sale in my opinion concluded very successful. There was alot of negotiation on Joseph and his sales team's part and we thank you deeply for your work and fighting for us.
