Joe is a fabulous agent who really looks after his customer. While it is a hot market at the moment, not all sales will go smoothly. Unfortunately mine had a bit more hiccups than expected however Joe and his team where fabulous in forging ahead despite all the difficulties. Their efforts were dampened by the misfortune and it really shows their grit and commitment.
