Jospeh and the team were a standout from the get-go, explaining everything they could and needed to cover in detail to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. But it was the work that Jospeh and the team did leading up to our auction that really impressed us. The day before we were faced with an urgent matter that could've potentially majorly affected the sale. However, Joseph was able to professionally deal with the urgent situation that allowed us to stick to the original plan to go to auction.
