Working with Joseph Ferreira to sell our property at 5/31 Dulwich Street, Dulwich Hill was an excellent experience from start to finish. The property went to market during a particularly challenging period for NSW real estate. Seasonal slowdowns were already affecting activity, federal budget changes to capital gains tax and negative gearing, inflation, and global instability all placed additional pressure on the market. Investor confidence noticeably weakened during the campaign. Despite this, Joseph did a fantastic job generating interest, building a shortlist of serious buyers, and guiding us strategically through the process. Joseph successfully secured a sale one week before auction at a price above our expectations. The entire experience exceeded expectations and felt first-class throughout.
