Joey came to our introduction meeting armed with facts & data, and keen to understand me and my property goals. He was honest and upfront about what to expect, and walked me through the different selling strategies. He took the time to answer my questions. His team made the listing process quick and easy, and gave great advice on how to appeal to the market. The sales process was challenging (completely out of Joey's control), but he navigated it easily and kept me updated without overloading me with information. I got two offers in quick succession, both at the price I was looking for. I would highly recommend Joey and will absolutely use him again.
