Joseph chased us up about marketing our property but was never pushy or annoying - he was just doing his job and doing it well. Once we signed up with him to sell it for us he did everything he possibly could to facilitate a sale and to make it easy for us who live a couple of hours away. Nothing was ever too much trouble and if he said he was going to do something, he did it. We appreciate people who keep their word.
