We found dealing with Joe Gardner from our past experience of dealing with estate agents in general was "something very unusual in many aspects." Firstly Joe answered his phone, not many agents do. He turned up on time, Has brilliant product knowledge of his selling catchment area, as he knew every property we mentioned compared to ours. Joe is very thorough, his paperwork and contact with us was meticulous in regard to the sale of our Belmont Unit he even went above and beyond advising us on some of the questions we had with the property we were purchasing through another agent. Further we found Joe's Business & Life partner Oana Jackson was equally as knowledgable and nothing was to much trouble. Given our experience with Joe & Oana we Highly Recommend their professionalism if you are looking for a Smooth selling or Buying Experience.
