Joseph arranged a private inspection for my clients at short notice and there was no pressure involved at all - in fact Joseph gave us all the benefit of time at the property, he explained the features and benefits of the house and location and then gave us all space to fully explore the property. In a day where most agents where most agents are pushy and come with an out of control ego , Joseph was a refreshing change. Whilst we did experience a bump or two along the way before exchanging, Joseph keeped me in the loop at all times. Whilst buyers agents and sales agents have obligations to their individual clients Joseph understands that there are 2 parties to the transaction and that down the track buyers become vendors. I enjoyed dealing with a like minded real estate professional I have asked Joseph to seek out another opportunity for one of my clients with a challenging brief. Finally, Joseph sold the property within 2 weeks of listing it where as the first agent had it on the market for 4 months, so in a nutshell, I would recommend Joseph Giordano to represent any vendor in his business area.

In whole journey for buying the property, Joseph as the sales person provided us the great knowledge on the property and the insight to the surrounding area. His professional advice enabled us to make the right decision at right time. His continuous follow up actually is the key for us to stay with the property, given there're too many other options on the market at the moment.
