Awesome experience with Joseph

I had many experiences with Sales agent but it was quite different with Joseph. From my first call from enquiry till settlement he was communicated with regularly. During enquiry sometimes agent don't provide info and rush you to Make decision but with Joseph he provided local knowledge and market update with honesty. There was hiccup with settlement with both solicitor and not ready to settle for $20. So Joseph kindly put from his pocket so settlement can go ahead, yes it may sound small amount but it's not about that but essence of getting things done. He also sent hamper later congrulating on purchase, unheard of. Thanks Joseph.
