Joseph is a great agent and pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and coming to see us on a public holiday was commendable. A few time/date changes on our end were no hassle and the whole process was very smooth. We thank him for brokering the deal and couldn't be happier.
Joseph cold call me months prior to us sell . I thought he was very polite , not pushy so I kept his number and called when we decided to sell . We got 3 real estates out . Joseph was the only one that made the effort to come back out and talk face to face and offered a lower commission. Our home sold on open house and got a bit more than we hoped for.
