My grandfather had worked with Joseph for many years. When it came to selling his house as part of a deceased estate, Joseph was extremely considerate of the situation; to the Executor of the Estate and the tenant. He advised on what did and did not need to be done to the property to suit the sale. He worked a suitable schedule for home opens with the tenant.
