Excellent knowledge of tge area

I found joseph had extensive knowledge of the area with many sales reaching extremely good results. His marketing campaign including changes made during the period made a big difference to getting people in to view property. Advice very close to auction day regarding contract amendments brought extra buyers to register so in the end having 4 registered bidders meant we got the price we were hoping for which in my opinion was market value.
