Joseph had demonstrated indisputable professionalism throughout the entire sale process with clear objectives in mind at every step of the way. Not only did he know what to do, but he also did so very competently, especially in communication and negotiation, which would be naturally expected by anyone from any salesmanship. Typically, besides achieving the best possible outcome, knowing how well the market responds along the process and whether any information is withheld, either intentionally or unintentionally is a concern of all vendors. Such concern should be nonexistent with Joseph, as he had managed to be absolutely transparent by documenting every encounter he had had and reporting them very promptly, together with the basic statistics of every marketing channel. As a selling agent, Joseph had fulfilled his duty; that was unquestionable and hardly a surprise. The actual surprise came from the balance he maintained very fairly between us and the potential buyers, which, in my opinion, helped to strike the most optimal deal for both parties - the perfect match. With all the above said, I highly recommend Joseph to anyone who is looking to sell. He is definitely one of the best selling agents in town, no pun intended... and I will surely let him handle such process again for more properties in the future should an opportunity arises.
