When we first met Joseph we had thought another real estate agent, when you meet one, you have met them all however he seemed different to your everyday real estate agent as he was very sincere and honest with us which made the buying process so much easier for us. We finally had our hearts set on a property we both liked which was a deceased estate and provided an offer to Joseph in writing. When communicating with Joseph via email or phone he was always assisting us with our questions regarding the property and didn’t waste our time with excuses or sales tactics and was upfront about the whole situation at hand regarding our offer. The executor didn’t want to sell prior to auction therefore auction day had arrived and neither of us have ever purchased a property even though we've been to a few auctions ourselves where we understood the process however Joseph was there assisting us during this time which was exhilarating & nerve racking to say the least. Joseph was there as an agent should be throughout the entire process from the beginning of the buying process to the end and never let us down. To sum up Joseph in a few words he was very proficient and professional.

When I went to the open home, Joseph greeted me with a warm welcome. After inspecting the unit, I had a chat with Joseph and advised that I wasn’t going to best around the bush with the price and made my intentions clear in the price within my budget, Joseph appreciated my honesty and advised he would put it to the owners and would do what he could to make it happen as he thought the offer was a genuine offer and a fair one at that. The following Monday Joseph contacted me to advise me that the offer was being considered a holding deposit was paid once the offer was accepted, a cooling off extension period was requested by my lawyer which was excepted by the the owners, needless to say that the whole process went smoothly and the purchase went through.
