Credibility rates 6 stars in my book. Why? Because everything Joseph promises he will do he does. He follows through with everything. The auction process although nerve wrecking was made less stressful with a month of planned inspections. The photography day went well and an excellent photographer was used. The summary of potential buyer on each inspection day was excellent as it was receive both verbally and written. We would highly recommend Joseph to anyone wishing to sell.
