Joseph was the selling agent for my property, 2/162 William Street. From the outset, Joseph was honest with me and advised me that the market was softening and that I should set a realistic sales price of $650,000. However within 2 weeks on the market, Joseph was able to sell my property. He negotiated terms with a difficult customer and was able to come up with an arrangement that helped me.
