As a buyer who has been on the lookout for a while, I have experienced more than my fair share of cold shoulders from unprofessional real estate agents but Joseph is the polar opposite. I was surprised by Joseph's warm welcome and profound knowledge not only about the property but also about the suburb. As an outsider moving into a new area, he answered all my queries and even introduced me to all the rich history of the area. Joseph made me felt welcomed before I even purchased a house in his suburb. Even during those horrible weather we had in Sydney, he offered to organise a private inspection to ease my mind when I am too embarrassed to ask which is a key reason why I made up my mind to go with Joseph and his lovely vendors who Joseph introduced me to even before the auction. I understand technically Joseph is the vendor's agent, but I am so grateful that he made my buying experience so wonderful and problems free.
