One of the big reasons we bought this propert was was because of Joseph shaol - :) We called him last minute friday afternoon 1 day before auction to view the property and i was soo pleased that joseph dropped everything for me and met me on site for an inspection not knowing i was a serious buyer or waste of time- he took me through the property thoroughly and didnt make me feel rushed.
