An honest and genuine agent

Joseph is a great agent and even more so a great and honest person. From initially meeting him all the way through to purchasing the property, his communication was always professional, genuine and friendly. You can tell that Joseph genuinely cares about what he does and is passionate about building real connections with people rather than just playing the numbers game. He was always easy to deal with, kept me informed throughout the process and never made me feel pressured. Buying a property can be challenging and stressful, this was not my first time dealing with an agent with a property purchase, however it was probably one of the better experiences.
