In February 2024, I signed with HT to sell my property. HT was not across the easements in my contract of sale, misguided on price and after a failed sales campaign and even worse failed auction, my involvement with HT was a costly disappointment (overpriced marketing fees and a fall in property prices since the start of the year). Come September 2024, I engaged Joseph after he had sold my friends property. Since our first meeting, Joseph was personable and professional. He was fully across the contract of sale, spoke to my solicitor regarding the easement and within the first week had a reasonable offer. Each open house had a good turnout, and the offers (greater than any offer HT presented) continued until the most recent offer at a price I was happy to accept. I only wish I had met Joseph earlier and I have no hesitation in recommending him to sell your property in Summer Hill or elsewhere.
