We had missed out at auction and on pre-auction offers through other agents at different agencies in the area and we'd been less than impressed with their frustrating tactics, lacklustre communication and seeming indifference to us as motivated, ready-to-buy, clients. To our delight, a Stone property that upon first open we thought we'd never stand a chance of securing - is now our dream home - all thanks principally to Irma's determination, personal approach, her advocacy and persistence. Communication was open and clear, the process was considerate and encouraging rather than pushy and we ultimately got a brilliant price for a home we still can't quite believe is ours.
