It was time for me to downsize to a smaller home and I purchased a property which Josephine Cowling was selling. I decided to choose Jo to sell my property when I finished the renovations on the house I had purchased, and it was the best decision I could have made. Jo was extremely professional and informative. After living in my home for over 40 years, she understood that this was an emotional time for me and apart from getting on with the job of selling my property, she also provided me with the emotional support I needed to get through the process. She kept me informed (at all hours – I don’t think she sleeps) and made me feel that I am the only person she was working for. She treated me like a friend and not a client. I would highly recommend Jo to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their home that not only knows the market but will give you that little bit extra.
