Whilst it's easy to say that an Agent has done a great job once your place is sold, it doesn't necessarily reflect just how difficult that job might have been and what sort of effort your agent has done to get a sale. In our case, Josh was faced with a number or road blocks along the way, and every time something happened, Josh was immediately on top of it and always presented things on the basis that the glass was always half full...never half empty. He has an amazing stamina to endure all sorts of impediments along the way and always finish smiling and positive as if it was just a normal day at the office. Never was there a road block or any mountain that could not be climbed. Our sales process took time, and was certainly not a straight line, but with Josh's help and guidance, it made the selling process seem under control at every turn. Needless to say, we were very impressed with Josh and Leading, and as a return client, no doubt we will be again. We'll done and thankyou Josh.
