Josh Adams did a terrific job in selling our new Townhouse in West Nowra. He always conducted himself professionally, communicated well and had good local market knowledge. I thought Josh was very persistent and resilient when he had a couple of sales exchanged 'subject to finance' only to see them fall over due to finance, which was out of his control. Though disappointing at the time, Josh just rolled up his sleeves and kept going until it was sold. This is great testament to his character.
