Josh helped the reviewer sell this property

A recommendation for Josh Berry

Josh is a thorough gentleman and true to his word with good communication skills all through the process of marketing and the selling of my parents property. His care and attention to detail reassured me that I made the correct decision in having him as our agent. His advice was spot on, right from appraisal, method of sale through to negotiation which resulted with the home selling quickly. He kept me fully informed throughout the whole process with weekly updates right up to and including settlement all of which were undertaken in a professional manner. I would thoroughly recommend Josh for the sale of your home.
