Very good knowledge and very professional

Many professional agents are good in communication and possessed great knowledge in properties markets. But are they trustworthy? JOSH BROCKHURST, is not only excell in those skills, but he is a trustworthy person, which made dealing with him always a pleasant occasion. We came to Josh about 18 months ago to ask him if it's a good time to sell. He did not rush to put our home for sale (like other agents would whenever he/she got the chance to sell), but advised us to hold on untill the market gets better. We followed his advice and sure we have a good price when he sold it last month. The 18 months waiting was worth it. And of course, we will see him again when we are selling our next property.

It honestly went from, Josh I want to move and a chat to here’s your homework. I can’t sell your house until we know where your going to go live. Ok house found on a Thursday, meeting on Monday. Decision to sell made house presented within and inch of it life, pics taken Thursday it’s online Friday and first home open was that Sunday week out before closing for Xmas 22, 1st home open for 23 is 9th and a young couple came earlier than any others that much so they scared me when I pulled the blinds up.. they purchased the house that day… The entire process Josh and the team we’re keeping me aware of every development that was taking place.
