This is the 2nd time using Josh and his team to sell a house for us...he done a brilliant job the 1st time and we didn't hesitate to sign up again...he is a straight talker, advising you the best way to proceed to get the best results you are after...both properties was sold within 2-4 weeks...no hassles, just absolutely fantastic results. I highly recommend Josh and his team.

Josh was extremely professional throughout the whole process of selling our family home. He made the experience super easy going and was very informative throughout.
