Josh helped the reviewer sell this property

Highly Recommend

I had some reluctance towards paying commission to anyone, when selling my unit... but... Josh and his team provided an exceptional service! Every step of the process was done with professionalism and efficiency. From the top quality photography, signage and advertising, right through to the after sales service. Josh was fantastic to deal with, kept me updated all the way through and did everything that he said he would. To cap it off, I got a sale price well beyond my expectations. The entire experience from start to finish was seamless. It was worth it to have complete peace of mind and an outstanding result. If you have any reluctance about using an agent... (like I did)... I can highly recommend Josh and his team. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
