Super professional and gets the job done
Josh was an amazing help in getting my house sold quickly after I bought another house (whoops!) and needed to sell mine. As a single woman, it can be hard to know if you can trust men but Josh was very transparent and left me feeling supported and not patronised. Although his fees are higher than other local real estate agents, there is a reason for that and it was worth every penny to have access to his extensive knowledge of the market and his network. He got my house sold in the week before Christmas which was nothing short of a miracle. Would highly recommend Josh to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
