Josh will work harder for you as a vendor than any agent I’ve ever met. As a Buyers Agent, I’m very familiar with agents cutting corners at times. Josh will go the extra mile to achieve the best result the market will allow for! I could not recommend anyone more than I do for this beast of an agent!!!
Josh was great from the moment I inspected the property through to providing excellent communication and updates throughout the entire sales process.
Excellent communication, honest, transparent. Josh is a local expert and one of the very few agents who seem genuine as both a buyer and seller.
Josh was always available for assistance, very friendly and professional as well. Hence the whole process went very smoothly; I highly recommend him for any future realestate requirements.
Josh did an amazing job selling our home. Kept us in the picture every inch of the way. Worked tirelessly for us and got us a great price. If you're selling in Aura Josh knows the area backwards. Highly recommended

Josh’s knowledge of the market was second to none! After looking at few agents I met Josh and knew he was the right fit instantly. He is down to earth, has excellent communication and is as honest as they come. He made the entire process easier and was always reliable, available to answer questions, and offering to carry some of the load.
Josh is a genuine good bloke, he went above and beyond in selling our house without all the Salesman BS. He told us what the house was worth based on current evidence of sales in the area, and delivered more than the asking price. Thankyou very much Josh.

Josh helped us buy a property from interstate, facilitating building inspections and virtual inspections. Josh was always friendly and very responsive to emails and texts and kept us updated at every step. Josh spent countless hours working outside of the standard hours in order to facilitate different times. We would highly recommend Josh and Coronis.
Josh is very professional and easy to communicate with, also very supportive and even helped with moving some heavy furniture out of the property. Initially when I signed documents to proceed with Josh being the agent, he talked me through the process which made it quick and easy with Josh explaining what to do next. I highly recommend Josh and appreciate all his hard work and getting a great price
